When I worked for BTX technologies, I redesigned their 180 page catalog, website, and logo. I created marketing materials like sell sheets, ads, email promotions, as well as the convention sales-booth.

I was thrilled when the BTX catalog was featured in "Catalog Success" magazine. The article is below.

"For BTX, It's Blink, Think and Google."

It's a glowing review of the catalog I produced for BTX, extolling the virtues of how easy to use, organized, simple, and uncluttered. The author favorable compares it to Google, because busy, time-starve customers can find what they need effectively. And it uses the Blink factor: thinking without thinking, and the Think Factor: once people make a split second decision, they look deeper to see what you have to offer.

The kudos go on, with call outs on the great first impression the front cover makes, the color coded & tabbed chapters, the succinct summing up of the back cover (which I consider another front cover), and the grid based product spreads.



I just wish they had put my name in as photographer, designer, production, & one-woman-art-department.
